Eric Brussel and Ludovic Vingadasalom are old acquaintances, and it is their friendship that undoubtedly led them to join forces. Their first joint experience was a bar-restaurant in Vézénobres for five years, after that “An opportunity arose to purchase a Portuguese company for fire brick kilns and barbecues near Rio Mayor in Portugal”. Several years later, they decided to set up a branch in France while maintaining control of production with a Portuguese partner.
Installed at 180, from the craft area of Labahou where they set up Inovalcoa France, they welcome customers to their showroom on Saturdays from 9am to 5:30pm, “The other days are allocated for the delivery and installation of ovens and grills”.
All of their products are made in Portugal: bread ovens, multifunctional pizza ovens, they all run on wood and can also be used for simmering or satisfying, as well as being used as a smoker and dryer for fruits, vegetables and mushrooms.
Eric and Ludovic are also custodians of Italian hybrid wood, gas or ceramic kilns, and owners of fruit and citrus trees from a nursery located in Sierra de Coimbra.
