On the eve of his trip to Maccabi Haifa (Wednesday at 9pm, on RMC Sport 1), Christophe Gallettier had to lay off three players in the last training session: Keylor Navas, Renato Sanchez and Presnel Kimpembe.
The Paris Saint-Germain squad was amputated by three elements in training on Tuesday, on the eve of the capital’s club’s trip to Maccabi Haifa in the Champions League (Wednesday at 9pm on RMC Sport 1). Keylor Navas (back) Renato Sanchez (groin) and Presnel Kimpembe (Ishio from left thigh) were absent from today’s session at Camp des Logs. The rest of the players are there, including some youngsters (Picchiapo, Kari, Gharbi, Zaire Emery).

Sanchez is already absent against Brest
This is not the first time that Keylor Navas’s replacement has complained of back pain as the Costa Rica goalkeeper has already missed a training session last week. For his part, Renato Sanchez had already missed Brest’s reception last weekend due to a right adductor injury. The Portuguese came in the 87th minute of the Juventus match last Tuesday.

As for Presnel Kimpembe, he suffered a thigh muscle injury in front of Breton in the final minutes of the match, after making a dangerous save from Ervin Cardona along the touchline. But the French international was distinguished above all by the bloodshed towards referee Jeremy Benard, and threw at him: “Wash, don’t touch me, brother,” as revealed by Prime Video cameras.
Despite his words, Kimpembe did not receive a card. If that was the case, he would have been sent off because he had already been warned earlier in the match. His behavior was not mentioned in the sentencing report. Thus the LFP Disciplinary Committee cannot reconsider this incident.
