Acrisure expands its global presence in Portugal

Acrisure has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Portugal-based insurance broker, Universalis (Corpos brand – Corretora de Seguros, Lda). The transaction is currently being reviewed by the Portuguese Superintendency of Insurance and Pension Funds (ASF) and will be finalized upon their approval.
