Paris Saint-Germain’s new signing, Gonçalo Ramos, who replaced Cristiano Ronaldo, scored two goals during Portugal’s match against Luxembourg (9-0).
He has not scored for Portugal since his hat-trick against Switzerland during the 2022 World Cup. It started on Monday evening against Luxembourg, in the Euro 2024 qualifiers, at the forefront of the Seleção’s attack in the absence of Cristiano. Four assists for Bruno Fernandes
Man of the Match, Bruno Fernandes provided four assists during the match and scored a goal late in the match. Sporting’s defender, Gonzalo Inacio, scored twice, and Diego Jota, Ricardo Horta and Joao Felix also scored the small goal to close out the biggest victory in their history. A great team performance from the Portuguese, who are more than ever the leaders of the European Championship. 2024 group qualifiers, with six wins in the same number of matches.
