The AM18 aims to impress with a certain visual design, although that is not the case Brand New. It features dynamic RGB lighting and its design can be described as “cyberpunk.”
The mini computer is equipped with a processor
AMD Ryzen 7 7840HS. Although it's not a high-end processor, it is a powerful processor with eight cores, at least one of which can clock up to 5.1 GHz if thermal requirements are met. To do this, active cooling is used, which is explained by the presence of a fan. It has a diameter of 9 cm and rotates between 500 and 1500 revolutions per minute.
Two 5600MHz DDR5 memory modules with a total capacity of 32GB are pre-installed, while a 512GB NVMe SSD makes up the internal storage. It is not possible to install additional storage space, for example in the form of an SSD or a 2.5-inch hard disk.
An Ethernet port with a maximum data transfer rate of 2.5 Gbps is available for connecting to a wired network, as well as a Gigabit port. WiFi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2 are supported, and it's also possible to connect three high-resolution displays via HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C.
