Oppo will launch the Find X8 series today October 24On October 24, Oppo will launch the Find X8 series and the company has already revealed some key aspects of the lineup. In the latest round of teasers, Oppo provided details about the Pro version's battery. Oppo claims that the Find X8 Pro can outperform the iPhone 16 Pro Max in battery endurance tests.
Oppo found though that this battery has a higher capacity than the one in Look for the X7 UltraOppo claims that the upcoming flagship phone will be 13% thinner. This makes the smartphone the thinnest model in the Find series with a battery approaching the 6,000 mAh mark.
Returning to internal testing data, Oppo claims that the Find X8 Pro can provide 29.3 hours of continuous video playback. In the same test, the iPhone 16 Pro Max will provide 27.7 hours of playback. Oppo also tested the Find X8 Pro in extreme conditions, at -20°C (-4°F). The Find X8 Pro would have scored Dolby Vision HDR For 5.3 hours, while the iPhone 16 Pro Max only lasted 10 minutes under the same conditions.
Through these tests, Oppo wants to highlight the overall endurance of the Find X8 Pro battery.
