On Friday, American justice announced that a man was sentenced to 30 years in prison in the United States several years ago for inciting minors in the Philippines to send him sexual photos and videos.

“Victim to victim, letter to letter, the defendant used social media and the Internet to target and manipulate Filipino girls,” Assistant Federal Attorney General Ashley Chung said in Carl Quelter’s sentencing memorandum.
She added, “This was not a one-time mistake, but several years of abuse and exploitation of minors.”
