Joe Biden's gaffes drew attention Thursday as the US president struggled to restore voters' confidence in his ability to lead the country for another term.

In an interview on LCN, Dr.s Julian Kavanagh, an assistant professor of neurology at Emory University Hospital, insisted that the slips of the tongue were not a concern for him regarding Mr. Biden's health.
