Financial terms of the deals were not immediately available.
In the first deal, Bell acquired Stratejm, a cybersecurity company based in Mississauga, Ontario, that serves Canadian and international clients.
The other deal involves CloudKettle, a Halifax professional services company with operations in Canada and the United States.

Bell says these agreements complete its acquisition of FX Innovation in 2023.
Bell is owned by Bell Canada Enterprises.
