Former Portuguese Prime Minister and future President of the European Council, António Luís Santos da Costa, has been awarded the prestigious 2024 Félix Houphouët-Boigny Prize from the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) “for steadfastness in its commitment.” for peace and developing countries.
