Portuguese investment in Tunisia: confirmation of support for bilateral projects
On October 16, 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Migration and Tunisians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Ali Nafti, received Mr. Nuno Bello, Ambassador of Portugal to Tunisia, who congratulated him on the occasion of his appointment to head the Ministry.
This meeting represented a favorable opportunity for the Minister to emphasize the depth of the friendly and cooperative relations between Tunisia and Portugal and to express his desire to consolidate them, especially by giving new impetus to the exchange of high-level visits. In addition to meeting bilateral deadlines, which is the sixth session of political consultations and the fifth high-level meeting between the two countries.
For his part, the Portuguese ambassador affirmed his country's readiness to support and develop bilateral cooperation in several fields, in addition to continuing to support bilateral cooperation projects and enhancing Portuguese investments in Tunisia, in a way that serves friendly countries.
