With the adoption of Bill 11 in the spring of 2022, Quebec's Ministry of Health and Social Services wanted to facilitate access to primary care. The Frontline Access Desk (GAP) allows anyone to schedule an appointment with just a few clicks. But making an appointment is only the first step in what could be a long wait.
