While the group stage of Euro 2024 ended yesterday evening, most notably Georgia's victory over Portugal, the round of 16 of the competition begins on Saturday, June 29.
Three-time European champions (1964, 2008, 2012) Spain will face Georgia, playing in their first European Championship, in the round of 16 of Euro 2024 on Sunday (9:00 p.m.) in Cologne. A clash between one of the tournament's favourites and Little Thumb.
In the same part of the schedule, France will play its European future against Belgium on Monday (6pm) in Düsseldorf. Other posters at the top of the table will include Germany and Denmark (Saturday 9:00pm in Dortmund) and Portugal and Slovenia (Monday 9:00pm in Frankfurt).
At the bottom of the table, defending champion Italy, will play Switzerland (Saturday at 6:00pm in Berlin), and England, who qualified for the final three years ago, will take on Slovakia (Sunday at 6:00pm in Gelsenkirchen). Romania will face the Netherlands (Tuesday at 6pm in Munich) and Austria will face Turkey (Tuesday at 9pm in Leipzig).
