The French capital club announced today, Monday, the signing of Portuguese striker Goncalo Ramos, on loan until the end of next season, with an option to buy.
Ramos, 22, who played for his training club Benfica Lisbon, becomes Paris' eighth summer signing after defenders Milan Skriniar and Lucas Hernandez, midfielders Manuel Ugarte and Cher Ndour, forwards Marco Asensio and Lee Kang-in and goalkeeper Arnau Tenas.
A great hope for Portuguese football, the striker (7 caps, 4 goals) shone remarkably during the last World Cup in 2022, where he distinguished himself with a hat-trick in the round of 16 against Switzerland (6-1) where he was preferred to the star Cristiano Ronaldo in the starting lineup.
