Our columnist Frances Zygot takes a look at how he shared his passion for the United States with his daughter.
Sarah, my beautiful Sarah, about 21 years old, what we were able to take you on road trips with my mom! We started touring Quebec in 2012; Do you remember the beluga in the Sagueni River? Then the United States on many occasions, where you chose on the map the places you want to visit, for example Bodie Ghost Town. Remember the moments meditating as the sun sets in the cold arcs, descending from Colorado to Moab, biking at Venice Beach, Griffith Observatory, and down PCH1 from San Francisco to Los Angeles to see some whales, shopping in Las Vegas, your hair fluttering in the air at Zuma Beach , Grand Canyon Helicopter Tour aborted due to terrible thunderstorms, New York streets, Death Valley heat, Rodeo in Cody, Walking trails and access to Hollywood Boulevard, Prairie dogs of Badlands National Park, near Black Hills, South Dakota. Miles and miles of immersion that brought you so much. The desire to travel, sure, but above all the attentive attitude that now directs you, towards humans, animals and the planet.
Now you often stop in South Africa, on another equally exciting continent. Your friends from the Southern Hemisphere, Kyle or Catlego, were lucky to cross your path. When you put your bags, a new adventure will begin, the adventure of your life, here or anywhere else there will always be Alan Ternate, so have a good trip. We are so proud of you, frankly impressed. Sarah, my beautiful Sarah, when you were born in 2001, the love potion was so strong that you would call yourself “Sarah” from Fleetwood Mac. We’ve played this title hundreds of times, and it’s become your song. Another era recklessness brought Fleetwood Mac to a concert on October 11, 2013 in Paris Percy You Were 12, the concert began with “Second Hand News”, “The Chain”, “Dreams” and then between “Sisters of the Moon” and Big Love”, the first notes of your song, “Sarah”, “It’s my song”, did you scream while waking up! I had fog in front of my eyes. We love you so beautiful Sarah.
