Santa Monica Studio assures us of that today God of War Ragnarok You will receive New Game Plus content in 2023.

Thanks to a Twitter post made by the official account of Santa Monica Studio – God of War Ragnarök, we have been able to find out the exciting news. The game, which was released last November, won several awards in the The Games Awards 2022Fans who request more will be awarded new content after completing it. This new New Game Plus content is planned for spring 2023, so you’ll still have to wait a few months before you can try it out.

We know many of you have asked for it, so we’re excited to confirm that New Game Plus is coming to #GodofWarRagnarok in Spring 2023. We’ll share more details as we get closer to release.
New Game Plus in God of War (2018)
Santa Monica Studio avait fait la même chose with God of War (2018) in sortant du contenu New Game Plus quelques mois après la sortie originale du jeu. It also allowed you to craft new armor for Kratos and Atreus and turn spells into magic. The New Game Plus content also changed the attack pattern of the Valkyries, one of the most formidable enemy types in the opus.
So we can assume that the new New Game Plus content announced for God of War Ragnarök will be similar to the content we received for God of War (2018). Logically, at least, we can assume that equipment and skills can be retained from game to game and that the Berserkers’ attack pattern will be altered to spice up the experience a bit for fans who want to play it again.
