A 61-year-old man died in the close-up suite and received a visa from the driver's part due to the remorse of a dispute concerning the station's space in Brooklyn, in the city. New York.

The accident occurred around 8:30 p.m. Saturday near a gas station, the New York Post reported.

The two men allegedly fought while a punch from the truck driver sent the 61-year-old man falling to the ground, leading to his death.

First responders transported the man to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A friend of the victim, who identified him as Carlisle Thomas, told the New York Post that the latter lives right next to the gas station, and that he sometimes uses the adjacent parking lot temporarily.

He reportedly received a call warning him that his car was about to be towed.

When he asked the tow truck driver not to move his car, the latter allegedly punched him in the face.

Police arrested the truck driver, who remains in custody awaiting formal charges, according to the New York Police Department.
