prolific profession
There are sounds we can often hear, though it would be impossible for us to attribute them to the face. Interest can be added to the wonderful world of dubbing, whether in animation or video games.
Jan Rabson’s name might not tell you much, but it’s his voice that can be heard in all recent episodes of Leisure Suit Larry. He was the one who played Larry from the sixth edition of the saga, through the remake of Leisure Suit Larry in the Land of the Lounge Lizards in 2013, until the latest release with the Wet Dream Dry Twice in 2020.
We sadly left Jan Rapson on October 13, 2022 at the age of 68. It was CultureSlate that transmitted the information first, and then it was confirmed by friends of the voice actor. However, the cause of death was not revealed.
We could hear his voice through many games, such as King’s Quest: Mask of Eternity, Star Wars: Bounty Hunter or Toy Story 3. However, his animation activity was more than by participating in the dubbing of feature films such as Toy Story or Mulan. Or Cars, Up, or even A Bug’s Life. You could even hear it in Chip’n Dale: Rescue Rangers recently.
