” It was the best ever, a unique moment. When you play for a team, you are not only playing for the fans, but also for your friends, family, fans of the club you play for, and even competitors. When you win the Euros, there is nothing left for you to win, except the World Cup. »
He was also asked about the current Portugal team, and he said: “ I see a positive group, good energy, very talented young people. They showed great team spirit with good football. I think this is what the fans want: beautiful and attractive football. »
