“Since 2005, the Forum has been opened internationally. Every year, we choose a country that demonstrates this openness to the world. Subsidies from communities or the private sector, restaurants and refreshments, sale of advertising space and sale of exhibitor space make it possible to balance finances.

“This year, we will have 125 exhibitors,” assures Xavier Giavarc. Among them are believers who have been returning for years or even decades. On the list of these endless stalls are wine, gastronomy, habitat, services, crafts, luxury and gardening without forgetting the professionals of the agricultural world. “We try to favor structures that have started, sometimes of a more modest size,” the president continues.
