Powkiddy is set to launch a new compact game console, after a showRGB10 Max 3 Proin June. according to Retro Sleeppowkiddy dubbed this unreleased device “RGB30”, which appears to be a more compact version of RGB10 Max 3 Pro. As such, the RGB30 shares its overall design withRGB10 Max 3 ProBut with a smaller screen and a weaker chipset.
Specifically, Powkiddy based the RGB30 on the Rockchip RK3566, which the company also uses in RK2023 and the X55. For reference, Rockchip RK3566 adopts a 22nm manufacturing process and combines four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores with a dual-core ARM Mali-G52 MP2 GPU. Typically, the Rockchip RK3566’s CPU cores can reach 2GHz in demanding tasks, while the two GPU cores reach 950MHz.
The Powkiddy Rockchip RK3566 will be complemented by a 4,100mAh battery, all in a 145 x 86.5 x 18mm package. In other words, the RGB30 is shorter but thicker and wider than RGBRK2023With dimensions of 151.5 x 78 x 17.5 mm. However, the RGB30’s battery capacity is also 17% higher, which means it should meet or exceed 8 hours of battery life.RK2023Displays.
Additionally, the RGB30 features a 4-inch IPS display with a resolution of 720 x 720 pixels and a 1:1 aspect ratio. The RGB30 appears to not have a touch screen, but it does have Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connectivity, along with two MicroSD cards and two USB ports. Type C.
