On October 7 and 8, Vinopôle Bordeaux-Aquitaine opens its doors to the Fête de la Science, organizing six workshops to discover how the vineyard is adapting to climate change
Fun and educational, the workshops will take place in an experimental basement of Fenopol The Château Dillon Vineyard in Blankfort. In the program, discover grape plant production, explore new solutions to protect the vine and study the soil pit to better understand the soil and terroir. But also a tasting of tomorrow’s wine and an exploration of Cooper’s career.
During the course, the visitor will be able to discuss the new technical and environmental challenges of viticulture with scientists. After a day for schoolchildren the day before, admission will be free to the general public on Saturday, October 8, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Reservations are required for classes with Émilie Reynier at 06 30 80 51 89 or [email protected]. More information at www.vinopole.com
