The visit of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Portugal to our country is part of the reopening of the Embassy of Portugal in Côte d’Ivoire as well

The head of Portuguese diplomacy discussed with the head of state the social, political and security situation in the West African sub-region as well as
Cote d’Ivoire Economic Forecasts.
In this regard, Minister João Gomez Cravino stressed the role that Portugal can play in relations between the subregion and the European Union as well as in
Promote economic growth and development in Côte d’Ivoire.
He also praised Côte d’Ivoire’s economic performance in recent years and the growing interest of Portuguese companies in it
