Almost everything was done for CR7 to shine again Thursday night at Omonia Nicosia! Standing only for the third time of the season with Manchester United, the Portuguese star faced an ordeal when his team narrowly won 3-2.
Lined up front, Cristiano Ronaldo initially struggled to shine. Then there was the bewilderment for the England fans when the Cypriots opened the scoring just before the break. Fortunately for them, Marcus Rashford equalized and then gave Anthony Martial the lead. It ended with Manchester United winning thanks to a second goal by Rashford with a shot from Ronaldo that turned into a pass (84). The only decisive gesture of the Portuguese evening!
