What is happiness? Philosophers have always been looking for answers…and here are the scientists’ answers.

The science of happiness

According to many psychologists and other researchers in the humanities,
to be happy, You have to be aware of your own well-being and know how to enjoy the pleasures of life.

For example, enjoying a bike ride, having fun with friends, or reading your favorite magazines.

All these little moments of happiness that I felt daily help make life more beautiful. They also make it possible to face the least happy moments.
