With Neymar, Malcom and Mitrovic, the Portuguese-led team, Jorge Jesus, should possess one of the strongest attacking lines in world football.
After signings before the start of the season, and strengthening the squad with important players who have played in European clubs, Al Hilal can have a very strong starting line-up. Let’s see how Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus can put together a squad.
Goalkeeper
Bayern Munich are said to have shown interest in signing Yassine Bounou, but Al Hilal’s offer of €21m outsold the German powers in the transfer window. The Moroccan international goalkeeper became the main target of Al-Hilal’s goals.

The Defenders
Yasser Al-Shahrani and Saud Abdel Hamid occupy the left and right wings, respectively, while Kalidou Coulibaly and Ali Al-Bulayhi play in the heart of the defence.
Midfielders
Ruben Neves will play in midfield with Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, who moved from Lazio to Al-Hilal. Marco Verratti’s transfer streak is another ongoing case, and his potential arrival could tempt Jorge Jesus to opt for a 3-4-3 formation. However, at the moment, Mohamed Kno is the best option to complete Al Hilal’s midfield trio.
attackers
Neymar, Malcom and Aleksandar Mitrović form the team’s attacking trio, with Mitrović being the main striker in attack. It is assumed that the Brazilian Michael, who has long experience in Saudi Arabia, will be the first choice for the alternative.
