Microsoft released Windows 11 23H2. The operating system is only offered for eligible computers and configurations without known issues.

- Smart video conferencing requires a camera, microphone, and speaker (audio output).
- Multi Voice Assistant (MVA) requires a microphone and speaker.
- Inserting three columns on the screen requires the screen to have an effective width of 1920 pixels or more.
- Turning on/off sound in the taskbar requires a camera, microphone, and speaker (audio output). The app must support this feature to enable sound to be turned on or off globally.
