Once unallocated, Joao Vieira has been dumped by the cards at the time of day 3. Our pro team is adding the WSOP Final to its roster, for a rather disappointing result. The Portuguese will not give up and will try his best to inflate the numbers at the end of the festival.
Event #63: Seven Card $10,000 Hi-Lo 8 or Better Tournament (Day 3)
Tournaments follow and are similar to each other Atmosphere Vieira. Our professional team unfolds at the start of the tournament, doubles the ATM count, and builds up a more than decent stack before facing the late game. Then on the third day, nothing. Dropped by the cards, the Portuguese retreat, methodically expelling them to depressing places.
Eighth place in the exciting $25,000 High Roller, seventh place in the Deuce-To-Seven Triple Draw, 10th place in the Mixed Draw Triple… Even today, Naza is content with a frustrating place, with eighth place in the Stud8 Championship, for under four additional purchases.
“It was a fairly stable day. I had the same stack for the first three levels, says our professional team, just a few minutes after its release. I lose a few hands in TF bubble time. I was able to get back on the rug at the start of the day but got the scoop pretty quickly in a somewhat unlucky move.”
went with a34Joao will draw all the low draws as well as many cards to beat the coupleAndres Korn. None of the expected outs will drop and Joao will bequeath his collection to the Argentine.
“Eighth is not great. We must not play and immediately put ourselves out there in the next tournament,” he said. Naza says. I’m going into the 2-7 Championship now and I’m fully focused on that. I have to make deep runs, some of which will stop early, others that will take you to the last two tables, the last table, and the game is like that. We have to keep moving forward and focus on the next event.”
As usual, Joao perseveres, sending volume and giving the best of himself. It will go on like this until the final day of the WSOP. These first two bracelets were conquered each time during the second month of competition. At the dawn of the home stretch, the Portuguese take stock of the beginning of the festival and the calendar that awaits it.
“ The last days leading up to the main event are some of the hardest, as they are usually the most stressful. There are a few days to rest during the enamel. I still have some opportunities in the future. There, there really is a Deuce-To-Seven tournament, which I love. We have to keep going. I’ll take a two-day break before Maine. The stay isn’t too bad so far, I’ve done 9 ITMs already. I just need to run a little better at the end of the tournaments. So far, things have not gone well at the last tables. I will try to create other opportunities to achieve better results.”
